You will not find anything in the charts or publish by a major label, but you may find some good value music. Be sure to check the quality of the song that is downloaded.

Doing some digging on the net, you may come across some DJ pools which will give you access for free. Like blog sites, some DJ pools will promote songs and will allow free download for reviews and feedback on the tracks. In some cases, these DJ pools may contact you to join the service.
Other DJs/Friends
Finally, the last way to get free music for your library is by getting a chunk of music from a friend of another DJ. You may know someone that collects music and is not a DJ, or you can swap music with another DJ.
